They are highly adaptable, capable of surviving in any freshwater aquarium with good filtration and water quality. However, they will truly thrive in planted aquariums where plants can provide them with places to hide and grazing surfaces for them to feed on. Once settled in, these lively freshwater shrimp will display vibrant red colors with occasional white accents. It’s important to note that new arrivals may appear clear until they fully acclimate to their surroundings and develop their characteristic red hue.
